  1. (🚨 Story – not just a ‘little comment’ so don’t get mad at me for its length, just read if you want to, don’t if you don’t, and all will be at peace ✌️)
But weirdly enough, when I was like 7 or 8, I became lactose intolerant, and I went from drinking the stuff like crazy and eating yogurt, to having any kind of milk product just making me so sick, but I honestly just wasn’t having it lol, and my mom tried the whole lactose free milk thing, and it was just so gross that whenever I could, I would go a just sneak a single sip of milk here and there, she never really caught me other than a couple times later on when she’d get mad and be like “You’re just going to get sick!! Stop doing it!!”, but then after a while she started realizing that I was still doing it, but not getting sick at all, so she gave me a yogurt, and after like two years of this crap, I ate it, and I didn’t get sick, and so she took me to the doctor to figure out what the hell was up, and they were clueless at first, until one doctor just randomly decided to test my immune system, and he learned then and there that mine is literally almost superhuman haha 😂 (and I’m really not just trying to sound badass, it really is true lol). So many of the different things that make up the system in my body are basically like hamsters on wheels that won’t stop running because they’re on some kind of natural steroid that doctors to this day (I’m 35 now) are still blown away by.

  2. I can’t tell you how many bones are broken I had 100 stitches before I was 15 years old and my mother’s one and only concern was you’re going to school tomorrow and you know what I never missed a day of school I missed half a day when I had my arm set after I broke it

  3. Parents don't teach their children to have self-esteem. Think about it. Self esteem is the opposite of our current society where kids esteem comes from how many likes they get on the internet. By definition that is the opposite of self-esteem, its high esteem only coming from others and not yourself. Until you have self esteem you are will always be unhappy.
The mind of a child does not become capable of higher thinking until around 13 (the identical time to the rebellion phase where they realize you may have been lying to you to the parents benefit becausa the child can think about it for themselves). But after 13 start teaching them to have self esteem. When they were teenagers, i would explain to them that there was no reason to kill themselves because they couldn't get invited to some party on friday night. The "party' is always going on inside me and not anywhere else. If no one wants to hang out with me, thats ok, but I can have a good time without anyone else. As John Candy said in the movie "Cool Runnings", "if you are not enough without it (the gold medal in his case) then you will never be enough with it". IF you can truly understand that, you will be good for ever.
