  1. I did wrestling for 10 years from 5 to 15 years of age. I could do 100 pushups easily and one a one arm pullup. Runnning 10km + in good tempo like nothing. Wrestling is great for getting i good physical shape.

  2. 1:37 Dude is 100% correct. Anyone can learn wrestling, boxing jujitsu etc.. but it all depends on who the person is, that separates them from the pack. For example, my buddy wrestled all through middle school, high school and college. I've never legitimately trained or wrestled competitively in my life, but would put him on his a*s with ease, lol. You have to be a dog, with a particular type of upbringing to be a Khabib, or a an Olympic great like Alexander Karelin. Same applies for any martial art, or boxing.
