Isn’t the inflammatory effect of weightlifting mostly beneficial during the workout? It seems like it’s be a problem if inflammation markers are elevated for prolonged periods.

what about the diving reflex? If norepinephrine is released everywhere, why does the diving reflex induce a cholinergic response??
I am looking at this to treat chronic inflammatory response to a severely bulging disc and hip bursitis. I ended up with sepsis and it was hard to treat and has a three month recovery time. I can't wait to see the benefits and stop some of the symptoms and side effects of anti imflamitories and opiates such as the itching chronic sweating. I just want to give it a try. The risk outweighs the benefits
