  1. Jokes do have boundaries. Timing, Area, and execution. There are certain times in life where a joke isn’t acceptable. If you go up to someone with your buddy and joke about an autistic person that’s next to you. Or your at a funeral and someone says something like “sucks he didn’t win the gulag” like bro maybe later but there are appropriate and inappropriate times to make jokes

  2. After a great deal of observation, I’m now convinced: the most common reason people act or feel offended is their own ignorance.

I’ve seen people fly into a rage countless times only to discover (once the smoke has cleared) it was because they misunderstood something another person said.

Language and/or communication is full of subtleties which can change a message or it’s meaning 180’ in the opposite direction.

  3. Comedy has actual ramifications on people. Offensive comedy actually hurts people. So no, that racist joke brings out prejudice, it doesnt thwart it and make us closer. If you have to be "politically incorrect" you arent funny

  4. I want to try laughing at a comic when they are being serious , family problems maybe they start talking i bust out laughing because i wonder whats their opinion about my offensive laughter out of all people i expect comics to be understanding on this shit
