I respect Joe's opinion on many topics, but listening to this makes me think he's been in LA to long.

Interestingly as well, in North Korea, you need permission from the government to go to a different town. Wouldn't that be great, you could keep all the poor people out of your city away from civilized eyes, so that you don't have to see people so fucking starving that they eat people that starved to death.
