How should we view the book of Genesis? It is the foundation of the Holy Bible. Is it literal or figurative poetry? the firmament is a real eye opener for bible to be so accurate thousands of years ago its not like they had any real technology or guessed its existance,and then you have nasa's number one man w.v.braun paying homage to it with the verse written on his tombstone.,you would of thought he would of paid tribute to his supposed accomplishment of space travel to a celestial body but the real truth prevailed ..there is no space travel through gods handiwork the heavens and the ''firmament''…nasa is about spiritual deception and cannot fly high enough for a complete photo or view of the whole earth..
These people who mock us for taking the Bible literally , I pity. Yes, I know their are visions, dreams, parables, etc that represent something else – but, to say we are morons , shows that the Holy Scripture Romans 1:22 " Professing themselves to be wise, they became fools." seems to fit these people. Sad, I have to believe these men love GOD, YAH – but, are so into this world and seem to believe much of the lies of this world.
The asch survey has proved that 75% of people will go along with a lie just because everyone around them believe it. Most people just want to fit in. They dont care about truth. With all the clear evidence skiba has presented it seems to me like NASA and people in power are liers and manipulators. We already know politicians lie and politicians and bureaucrats pick the public school curriculum its most definitely not picked by scientists. Any scientist who questions the mainstream talking points are immediately ostracized with personal attacks. The people in power are there because they crave power they are not there because they are intelligent.
Hilarious.! I know, love, and have grown from simply understanding the whole "figures of speech" concept in the Bible. Thank you Dr. Bullinger. Still, Genesis is narrative and before I ever even heard of, or even entertained the Flat Earth Cosmology, I realized placing a water ball into Genesis is complete Eisegesis. There is no way to read Genesis 1 honestly and Exegetically without walking away with a Flat Earth/Biblical Cosmology concept. You have to read it through the pre concieved lens of Globalism to come away with what we are taught today. In other words you have to insert modern Cosmology into the text; it's just not there reading as it is written.
BTW, someone explain the whole Hebrew Roots thing. I am concerned it is the Judaizer Heresy that Paul fought; especially in Galatians.
Lastly, the critics do have a point about the Gospel of Flat Earth. God is gonna save who He is gonna save. Rob, Pragmatism, is never the measure of correctness. Are we preaching the Gospel of 1 Corinthians 15:1-8 and John 3, or are we preaching the Gospel of Flat Earth, Nephilim.
Rob, I would love to see more debates, in the same manner that Dr. James White does them. Moderated Academic style. Most of the "debates" I see are a joke. They are simply sophomoric shouting matches that claim victory because they engaged in ad hominem attacks. Yours with Dr. Sungenis wasn't bad, but it was too large of a topic.
