  1. Leary had heavy ties to satanism and Alastair Crowley. I think psychedelics can be used for good but Leary significantly stunted the progression, and especially the assimilation of psychedelics with narrowed minds. Think about it, a completely puritanical person of the time will completely disregard and rightfully demonize Leary and therefore psychedelics. I mean the guy said he made a “faustian deal” with the devil, it’s not at all a wonder to me or anybody with a brain why it’s demonized. It’s the biggest tragedy ever. But, it seems the tide is finally turning back to the 60s and we’ll have another crack at it, at least I hope so.

  2. Timothy leary is the reason people quit having fun socially and start tripping on serious stuff noone want to talk on. He's all academics and nonlife, humor. Look how often he gets offended and in pain when he tries to trip. He used to seem cool in the 90s but has lost much of jive. He's ment to be takin lightly and read with humored interest for what might be true. He thinks he's too daring and all his theories are isolating.

  3. "They're not in cahoots". Joe has never been in a mental hospital or dealt with money-hungry psychiatrists. I guarantee they would classify him as a schizophrenic if given the opportunity. Not saying he is (he isn't), but that's what they do to people even to this day. Then again, he has Jordan Peterson on the podcast, so he definitely doesn't understand the depths of how evil the mental health system is in the west. If Peterson leaves the profession, it would show he isn't an agent, but he is, clearly. Know who your enemies are, lovely.
