I love Steve Maxwell, he is a little kooky with his astrology, but damn is he interesting when it comes to fitness. He is one of my fave guests, long over due for another appearance of him on JRE.

Oh lord, the astrology part hit me like a brick wall lmao. He seems to sensible up until that point. Anyone who believes this shit needs to look up the Barnum effect. When someone is 'describing your life to you' it is a mixture of vague statements and cold reading, these tricks have been around for generations.
