The 9/11 conspiracy actually has some meat to it. Check out this video that interviews scientists about the explosive material they found in the rubble: https://youtu.be/GM3DkC1skY0
In the video one of the scientists named an academic paper that can be found with a google search.
If you want an example of a real conspiracy that still is effecting people's futures, research the yellow peril. After that if you still don't understand how it is affecting people's lives today, keep researching

According to my structural engineer teacher, the way the towers fell was like if you would remove the supports as the towers fell in free fall. Then he left it at that and didn't want to elaborate. A shame.
I should point out that I live in Sweden, so It's not a university in like Bagdad or Iran.
