I saw the net of being by Alex Grey after eating 3 1/2 tabs of acid and smoking half a blunt. I have never listened to Tool and I had never heard of Alex Grey before that trip. I happened to stumble on his art months afterward and I was completely shocked to my core. it was an extremely mind bending experience and from what I’ve heard I had reached a DMT level of tripping. the Net of Being was inspired by an ayahuasca trip he had. I still constantly search for answers on this to no avail, but I know there are a few others who had an experience very close to mine. so eternally grateful I got to experience that.
