I agree Adam was a dipshit for firing her in such an impersonal way. Then again Adam does not get social cues so what should we expect.

Adam is pissed at her because she second guessed every single word that came out of his mouth. Plus, he was offended that she didn’t want his logo on her podcast. And, she was habitually unprepared for segments. And, she never wrote material for the show.
