They really need a basic civics education. It's really tough to listen to them talk about real world problems and real world solutions, when they don't understand how governments work or their role in organizing societies.
Here's a tip: right-wing policies are political policies that do NOT serve the interest/needs of the citizenry.
Rightwing policies, principles, ideals, and ideologies are those things that support authoritarian/totalitarian regimes. For the idiots who can't use a dictionary, an authoritarian government is a government where the citizens are subjugated beneath rulers: i.e. the power is concentrated in the hands of the ruler. The purpose of rightwing governments is to serve the rulers and the ruling class and to keep them in power. In order to do that, it requires that the people are kept poor and without education.

He doesn't know that the rightwing pays college professors to write and advocate for counterfactual things.
