I agree with Rogan about the conditioning and diet to some extent. However, I think that perhaps he is overlooking the psychological aspect here. Some fighters are just more comfortable at a certain weight level and that's clearly the case for DC with heavyweight. He feels home at heavyweight and fighting below that is not just only about weight cuts, but also about stepping out his comfort zone.
