Joe, full metal jacket bullets are designed and intended to go through more than one person on the battle field. That bullet is NOT pristine. It's not mushroomed like a a soft point that I would use for hunting elk or deer – but it's not pristine. And on another note: Why hasn't there been any discussion of the Montreal, Quebec connection to the MLK assassination? Shortly after MLK was shot, James Earl Ray flew up to Montreal and then returned back to the United States. Also, think in these terms: After WWII there were a whole bunch of people with "special skills". The French underground assassinated dozens of Nazi's during the war. After the war, those same French underground assassins farmed themselves out.
