Mike Baker never really says anything… I feel like he is keeping a lot under wraps
I'm amazed that people don't see the obvious parallels between this and Fitzgerald's years-long investigation into "Plamegate" which, like this one, produced absolutely NOTHING in terms of its original mandate. Fitzgerald's mandate was (1) to find out WHO "leaked" Plame's job title to Novak and (2) determine whether a crime was committed in the process. The answers to these questions were determined almost immediately: (1) Richard Armitage (Colin Powell's DSoS) and (2) No. The witch-hunt / fishing expedition that proceeded AFTER these facts were known – for the following three years – was nothing more than an engine to generate a steady stream of anti-Bush propaganda, intended to destroy his re-election. Ultimately, the only thing Fitzgerald's "investigation" proved was that Joe Wilson IV lied. It failed in the same way this "investigation" will fail, except in one sense: to further erode respect for the Office of the POTUS and to further divide the nation along tribal/political lines, which appear to be its only real goals.
I thought Mueller's job was to investigate and submit his findings to the Justice Department, is he going to decide to prosecute the case too? The findings are flimsy compared to the Clinton emails that Comey "decided" wasn't enough to prosecute even though he later claimed that it is NOT the job of the FBI to decide which cases should be prosecuted
