I actually come from a small town and the whole 80% of bully isn't around parents isn't true. I come from a town where the adults even join in the bullying and gossip about babies, toddlers, children, teenagers, and adults. These people have no remorse for anything. They would judge you right in front of your face or online I've had it too the point where teachers and my own family bullied me. I think bullying stems from stimulating the wrong human interactions rewards, I can honestly say that my small town has nothing to do but spread gossip and bully individuals even though we're in the same town and the same people. I hate to say it bully is definitely a family oriented and peer pressure.
