I don't know you guys, I had a cat allergy until I adopted a cat 🤷🏽♀️ I couldn't believe it, I took my chances…
As a child, I had severe reactions to tree pollen. My eyes would swell shut, my face and lips were also swollen, runny and nasal congested. Anti-histamines didn’t work for me. What worked for me was what they call “immunotherapy.” They literally injected me with some tree pollen mixture, starting with a super low dose and gradually increasing the potency. It was over the course of a couple of months or something. But it cured me. I had to have it done again around 7-8 years later, but after that I never had to do it again. Now, my allergies are nothing more than a slightly runny nose at high peak allergy season.
