Joe, I think you mistaken religious people with narrow minded fanatics people. Just like you when you are talking about weed. You look down on people who don't approve of weed. You are fanatics about weed. Religious people don't feel the need to push their own agenda onto others. They simply just believe, fanatics in the other hand, feel the need to see other people believe the same thing as they do. Besides, in every religion that I learned so far, human supposed to be humble, none of the teachings teach that they are without sin.

British English dictionaries give aytch as the standard pronunciation for the letter H. However, the pronunciation haytch is also attested as a legitimate variant. We also do not ask broadcasters who naturally say haytch to change their pronunciation but if a broadcaster contacted to ask us, we would tell them that aytch is regarded as the standard pronunciation in British English, people can feel very strongly about this and this pronunciation is less likely to attract audience complaints.
