"Journalists make mistakes like that all the time"…. No, they don't…. How do you mistake a face full of blood with a face with a little or without blood? That's not journalism, that's deliberate use of manipulation to get the initial reaction which is worth it to new-age scum tactic "journalism" and ONLY then they'll correct it afterwards because they already got the initial desired reaction/attention they wanted.
