Basically, at least what I understood is the higher you go the air is less dense thus their is less friction, so a plane can go fast in higher altitudes than lower with the same amount of energy, hope that helps

Why would you castrate yourself from a conversation about science and yet you call an uneducated man who steals recycle ideas from others a "Genius". If You can't comment on science because you don't have a college degree on science then what makes you listen to that unprepared man? The fact is that among the rich Higher Education is a symbol of status and the happy lazy losers who didn't go are worth much less than any other Rich Person regardless of how much money they make period.
