Somehow I kinda echo what Richard is saying here about the Eleanor’s body design that it is too overplayed. I feel that an original iconic design should not be replicated ever again. That is how such designs or rather cars are made everlasting and iconic forever. That is when these things become souvenirs for you to cherish, protect and admire forever !
The GT350 was the superior race car anyways. GT500’s had the 427 but they had way less engineering by Shelby American for true racing and more aesthetics. Plus it just had a Police package anyways. The GT350 is what I’d want. It was actually set up for racing.
