Joe – there might not be a problem when someone uses pschotropic drugs under ideal conditions but there are others who might do some and then take their car for a drive. Not everyone who takes these drugs is a candidate for renewal – some have mental issues that might not be compatible. This is a very complex issue because it affects the human mind which is so complex itself. I would suggest caution and reflexion.
For someone who doesnt watch boxing, the only known boxers are ali, Tyson and floyd. Thats legacy
