It isn't a theory, Joe. It is a proven fact that educated, wealthier people have fewer kids.
And, the second word in UBI is "Basic". Universal Basic income is just enough to survive on. Folks will still have to work if they want anything more than food, shelter, clothing & medical care. In fact, most proponents of UBI aren't even proposing giving people enough to live on. It would more properly be called "Universal SUPPLEMENTAL income".
Joe's big problem is that he only gets his facts half right.
People who earn more money have a better options of whom they choose to fuck. But poor people fuck way more and create kids while Rich people focus their time and attention on creating wealth
I think the long term population solution is that to have children you have to pass an actual intensive test
That’s what the numbers show at least. It’s a decrease in wealthy societies in general if u look at any society as they become more advanced and civilized the birth rates drop. Look at America and earlier on huge birth rates everyone had like 12 kids and now the average birthdates many times closer to replacmeny
