Kratom is Amazing!!! (Until you stop taking it) ✋ … then its an amazingly worse withdrawal then you ever thought you’d get from a plant. But lets be real. MANY “drugs” come from plants so why would kratom be much different? Be careful! I took kratom for over 3 years and only recently quit and its not easy at all if you’ve been taking a lot.

I’ve been off drugs and alcohol for 2 years thanks to kratom. It has saved my life.
Kratom is great, but you need to be careful with it. If you take too much for too long it will really mess you up. Your tolerance will increase and you'll have to take more and more to get the same effect. I took it for over a year straight and I honestly felt like crap 90% of the time. It got to the point where I couldn't sleep through a full night without having to take some because I would start withdrawing. Let me tell you… the withdrawal is no joke. Cold sweats, chills, extreme fatigue, insomnia, runny nose, anxiety, social withdrawal, headache, and SEVERE restless leg syndrome (more like restless body syndrome). If you take this stuff limit your use to 2-3 days a week or the least amount you need to control pain/anxiety, stay away from the extract completely (it will jack your tolerance way up and you'll definitely experience withdrawal if you take the extract daily), drink lots and lots of water to avoid headaches, and lastly take breaks if possible. Take a week or two off from it every couple of months. Not to mention the extract is super expensive. I was spending anywhere from $400-700 a month on the extract. That's how addictive it is. I have an addictive personality though. If you have an addictive personality, please be cautious. Before you know it you'll feel like a damn junkie. That's not an exaggeration either.
When this podcast was aired in 2015 I was 6 years into a 10 year addiction of shooting pills as well as shooting and smoking meth.. After learning of this episode in 2017 I decided to give it A shot. I stand here 2 years clean with me thanking kratom for giving me a second chance at life. I would be long dead if I had not chosen to change. Thank you chris Bell you are an angel brotha
