  1. Personally I use Maeng Da White.
How to use: 1 flat (not rounded) teaspoon mixed with 8oz of warm water and drink up. You can use it in capsules but the relief is slower than drinking it. I use Kratom 2 or 3 times a day. Not gonna lie, it doesn't taste great but it also doesn't taste Godawful either. It sort of tastes like potting soil mixed with water or at least I imagine thats how potting soil tastes. Hope this helps some people get in the vicinity of their proper "serving size"😆
Warning: Not all Kratom is equal. You figure out via research which brands are trusted.

  2. I've suffered from chronic nerve pain, fatigue and migraines for 20 years. My arms and legs feel like they're perpetually on fire. Being in constant pain made me short tempered, lose interest in everything I loved before, and I couldn't think clearly anymore. A friend recommended Kratom, he said it's a tea that would help. I had heard that _____(insert drug/herbal hippie trash here) would help so many times before, so I tried not to laugh or roll my eyes. He gave me a few teaspoons in a bag to try. I waited a week and decided what the hell. Within 20 minutes the fire in my limbs dulled, I could think again, and I wasn't moody. Six months later my relationships with my wife and children have improved significantly as I can now be present as opposed to laying in bed writhing in pain waiting for relief that never comes. Kratom affects people differently but for me it's very mild. I do not feel any sort of high, rather I simply notice I feel the pain volume turned down to a tolerable level.

  3. Im using Kratom right now (Green and White, not Red), to help myself through suboxone withdrawal. It helps quite a bit but I still feel the subox withdrawal. I only take it once per day in a tea form but I'm 5 days into subox withdrawal so I'll stop taking kratom probably tomorrow or the day after. I hope kratom doesnt have a withdrawal (white/green). I know the red stuff does so im staying away.
