I'm from Colorado. Born and raised. Legalizing marijuana has indeed brought tax money in for our schools. It's killing our state too. It's becoming massively Liberal, they're forgetting all about the eastern side. These people are trashing the city of Denver with tons of liter, when they have pot smoking rallies. (Yes, it's real look it up on Google) Ruining our farming and agricultural side cause they are having to build new homes and take up land for all these California Liberals moving into the state so they can smoke pot and live cheaper. Our price of living is becoming increasinginly more expensive faster than good paying jobs are being created. Colorado is becoming California surely but slowly. They're demanding we stop drilling for oil. They don't like the smell of our feedlots and "animal abuse" so they shut trucking down so they can't deliver the cattle. Which is costing us taxpayers money to have companies get shut down cause "they dont like it." None of this happened to the degree it has since we legalized it. I voted yes to legalize it, they told us we would all get extra money back in taxes from the sells. Have yet to see it. Smoke pot if you want. Stop turning my state into California though.
My aunt had Tom Papa in her class when he was at Pascack Valley High School, I never put two and two together that it was this Tom Papa. I always figured she was talking about someone else when it would come up.
