BIG WARNING FOR THIS MAN!!! Almost everything he says has been proven wrong! For example Metformin. It is good for its original purpose Diabetes. Buy devastating for healthy people that train a lot.
Or Resveratrol. It has been proven to directly toxic in the amounts this man propagates for. Even in smaller doses, like in red wine, it has no effect.
