  1. Aging is a horrible fate that humans endure. Humans live too long in a bad body. From around 45 till 85 we just decay everyday. Hurry up and help us please? These stupid comments must be from young people. Wait till it starts effecting them.

    1. Dont eat red meat no matter where its hunted. It's the TMAO conversion and it's increased in red meat diets.
    2. Consume less calories. More eating reduces life span. Animal meats are the most calorie rich.
    3. Practice long stretches between meals. Enough to feel the sensation of hunger. It triggers your body's protective systems.
    4. Consume resveratrol in the powder form with a food that mixes well with it. I'm thinking mashed sweet potatoes or cauliflower mash potatoes. Not the liquid form of resveratrol sold everywhere.
    5. Eat less meats of all kinds not just less red meat. More daily animal protein is a long term time bomb as more amino acids is not beneficial.
    6. Avoid BCCA amino acid powders used for workouts. Higher amino acids good in the short run bad in the long run.

    None of this is a surprise to people who have been following the clinical evidence based medical research behind plant based diets. Most humans get more than enough protein from their plant based food. They dont need to look for more protein by eating animals. Lool a Nimai Delgado, Julia Hubbard, Joel Kirkilis, Nate Diaz. Sprinters, fighters, powerlifters.. All strong no meat necessary.
