Niiiceee, I am a physiotherapist, half of what you were talking about is what I always want to promote to my clients because after rehabilitation is necesary a real change in the way they threat their body and honour it with the movement that it deserves. The problem for my clients and also me sometimes is motivation, so, if I keep doing my trainings is ok, if I stop for a while it feels like I have to double the effort, not just physically, but also mentally.
