"It raises blood sugar" hahaha…no it doesn't raise blood sugar abnormally. It balances it out. Tracked mine at least 5-10 times a day for 2 months of carnivore diet. Never goes above 115, hovers steadily around 85-95. Diet consists of fatty fish, eggs, bacon, pork cuts.
Lets not forget studies and science theories have fooled us many times in the past. Try the diet and see for yourself. I have tried it out of curiosity. Never felt better in my entire life. Trust me I have tried lots of shit xD
