  1. As a 16 year old male. Most of my diet mainly contains meat based food with occasional veggies and fruits. I feel great I'm currently sitting at 6 percent body fat. Most of my life I've been on this diet and with me doing calisthenics I see gains in muscle size ,strength on a bi weekly basis. I feel great and would recommend people to try it out. Although I would make my diet 25 percent veggies and fruit and 75 percent meat based products. Steaks ,bone marrow etc
