Sigh, trying love Joe but hate when he talks about fishing because he knows NOTHING about it, first off, here in our Pacific ocean OUR blue fin are the best they've ever been, EVER, but there is difference between my blue fin southern blue fin and Atlantic blue fin, our blue fin are phenomenal and best they've been since before we started fishing them, however, southern blue fin were damaged briefly thanks to Asian fleet cheating and lying, and the blue fin on other side of planet from me have difficulties because unlike my blue fin which spend whole life giant open sea, those blue fin ALL leave giant open sea to enter a small sea through a narrow very narrow space to spawn, and while in this narrow small space they get decimated by things like orcas etc who decimate the giant 1000 lb spawner blue fin and overfishing and combined problems have caused a decline but nothing as bad as what people think. But people need to be VERY careful when talk about blue fin and realise teres several different blue fin biomasses in different parts of world, and my blue fin here in Pacific are over protected not overfished and their numbers and health is best its ever been, and problems on other side of globe with entirely different blue fin are not to be confused with ours
