This happened to me several years ago when World Star Hip Hop took my DMX Reading Rainbow video and uploaded it to their site. Several other youtubers also took my video and posted it on their channels and one of them even had ads running on it. I NEVER wanted that video to be profitable because I understand that I was combining other peoples' work to make something weird. I have no problem if someone makes a reaction video with it, or some type of remix, or it gets included in some Important Videos playlist, etc. It's when people try to make money off of it. Like, dude, get a job. Random Fact: The first meme I ever participated in was the Ate My Balls meme back in the '90s that was originally started by Nehal Patel. Mine was titled "Bud Ice Penguin Ate My Balls". I think I might have printed it off sometime before my WBS.net homepage got erased when the website got bought out.
