  1. Sous Vide is cheaper now. I don't have a vacuum sealer and ZipLock works really well. Clean up? Only have to clean up the pan. Sous Vide then Pan sear for 30 seconds max each side, set aside, rest, then serve. Bomb food yo.

  2. Definitely season your meat before you put it on the grill, then pull off when it’s done, sear it with butter or whatever you wanna throw in your spread, then put back in for 3 minutes. Top with chives, any greens you want. BAAAAAANG

  3. Even those 'natural firestarters' have parrafin (petroleum) … lump charcoal is initially started from lighter fluid… FATWOOD the best way to start the 🔥 (after offering Tobacco 1st ofc to ask permission/give thanks) 🙏💚
