Vancouver is bad because so many ppl live there. The land is valuable. A home in nothern BC is 150,000 to 400,000 dollars. In Vancouver that would be 1,000,000 to 2,000,000 dollars or more and more. Studio apartments can go for higher that 2500 to 10,000 dollars a month depending all on what you want. Shits expensive af these days.
