Great conversation guys, thanks. Two takeaways for me: recreational outrage and how we need to work our way through the concepts of forgiveness and redemption.
Yeah but here's the thing…Comedians are people, comedians do, on occasion, say things they shouldn't, they say things that aren't cool, and there's nothing wrong with calling them out on it, whatsoever…It doesn't give me the right to try to ruin their career and life, but i still think, a small percentage of comedians say things that irritate me. Because, i've always been funny, was always the jester in school, could have become a comedian, but i don't have the balls, now, most comedians say things that don't bother me, but sometimes i hear one of them say something and i'll let it go, then they say something again, i get more annoyed, but still drop it, then i hear the fucking guy saying this thing again and i'm like, alright, fuck this two faced cunt. You should never entitle people to ruin someones fucking career, thats so low, but also, on the flip side, comedians do have a serious side, and they do say things that they mean, only its not cool to explain, so you're left guessing how they meant it, because what they said was in a funny way. Like, if you don't like something, just come out and say it, don't disguise it with comedy, i hate that.
