Poor woman is seriously confused. God has given mankind free will and does not create some for evil and for damnation. The passage she is referring to is regarding who was going to be the promised nation and receive the promises of Abraham. So, she has that wrong.
However, God foreknew those who would serve him and those who won't, even as in the case of Esau, while he was still in the womb. (later, Esau gave up that firstborn birthright for a bowl of stew). that was the apostle Paul's point. She has gone from the frying pan into the fire. pity
