  1. What the Jewish people did was to hold on to, not sharing the good news about the Messiah’s coming. Jesus told them to do so. But they not only refused to do it so, they didn’t believe Jesus was the Son of God. John the Baptist, lead by the Holy Spirit, in the wildernesses and for anyone who would wanted to hear the good news, he spoke of Him, preparing the way for His coming. So much so was Israel’s ego of not sharing His coming, John the Baptist had to be born, and forced to preach outside the city.

  2. As a nation Israel has been already judged by God. The calamities that the Israeli people are living is the consequences of what their leaders did against not only, Jesus, but to God and to the Holy Spirit. He came to His own and they rejected Him. Killed His prophets. But, it doesn’t mean God isn’t trying to reach Israeli people this last days. And remember, hundreds if not thousands of times they rejected God seeing all the wonderful wonders He did for them.

  3. I think the fruit is representing the lie Satan told in heaven to decieve a third of the angels.
Eve accepted it and it created doubt in Gods character, she shared it with Adam ave he are of it also. Causing doubt which caused separation from God? Any thoughts guys?

  4. The site of the Tower of Babel is not the same place as King Nebuchadnezzar built Babylon. The Tower of Babel was built in the valley west of where Noah’s ark landed. (Gen. 11:2)

We know that Noah’s ark landed in the mountains of Ararat (Gen. 8:1 ). The mountains of Ararat is a region that we now know as Armenia and Turkey.

The Babylon that Nebuchadnezzar built was south of Ararat not west of it.

To this day there is still a region of central Turkey known as Shinar. It’s a great valley surrounded by mountains, including those of Ararat.

This location is not only supported by the Biblical account, but also ancient historical accounts of the tower/city.

Also, the populations had not spread out that far south yet at the time the tower was built.

King Nebuchadnezzar sent all the way to Afghanistan (1,200+ miles away) to get the blue stone lapis lazuli for his gate. He could have used stones from anywhere in the world. Which means Babel didn’t have to be there for its stones to have been used.

Be careful about tradition vs. the actual facts.

The base constants for Babylon and Babel are the same in Hebrew (BBL). However, the words are actually very different in the language spoken in Babylon.

  5. Exactly, salvation is of the Jews means of that linage or bloodline.,Of the tribe Judah. Jesus was both a Jew , descended from David and a Levite through Mary. “Of the” means descendants of here and when referencing the 144,000.
