I think this could go either way… there is a lot of bias and other cultureal influences that can shape your intuition. So yes sometimes you can read a person but often if the person is from a different culture or background you will have a lower accuracy rate. Simply because people from different cultures and backgrounds may have different mannerisms and the fact that it may not fit your normal and its a person from another group can give you false fears. If you decide to avoid the person that is annoying but fine… but what seems to happen more often is people attending, calling the police and being the aggressor to someone who has done nothing except trigger some fear the other person has by merely existing.
