I tend to give more information than is necessary at times but not due to lying. It's because I fear they'll THINK I'm lying, often because they've been very doubtful in the past.

I have adhd, and I can pick people out with seconds of interacting with them; sometimes instantaneously. My gf thinks I'm full of s*t but she is insecure and never wants me to be right. I can't do anything else well, but that I can do. It's interesting bc I know I pick up signals, but couldn't describe which. When SH mentioned gaze detection…he is spot on. There are others. One, imo, is how one holds their mouth. Can't explain that one. Also, changes of movement or course after becoming aware of something. I get A LOT of closet happy guys creep out on me everywhere I go, and I know which ones are doing it. I watch people everywhere I go in my peripheral vision.
