Wow, who in the world disliked this video??? Dorian Yates is one of the best interviews out there when it comes to bodybuilding. Great interview
A couple of years ago I couldn't believe that Yates was only training in the gym 3/3.5 hours a week, but since I've read about it and tried it myself I'm totally confident that it can get you great results, as long as you train very intense.
I always thought he was taller than 5'11. For some reason I thought he was 6'3 or 6'4
