Dom D’Agostino, Ph.D., is an assistant professor in the Department of Molecular Pharmacology and Physiology at the University of South Florida Morsani College of Medicine, and a senior research scientist at the Institute for Human and Machine Cognition (IHMC). He was also recently a crew member of the NASA NEEMO 22 project.

for me, when I was high carb and I got hungry it was like I have to eat.. now low carb and kept when I get Hungry I say, i'm Hungry but I don't Have to eat, a very different mind set.

These foods they call “keto” is what I’ve been eating my entire life. It’s just another name for healthy food. 10 years from now they will create another list of foods and call it something else. Then another list that’s found in foods and name it that. Just another way to make money using food.
