  1. I'm in bodybuilding and eating even 5,000 calories daily even when training on a high level is an eternal struggle.

    Somebody help me here because I've heard they eat a lot of calories when climbing Everest etc.

    Yet I can't help but to pull my bullshit detector on this. Most people have never tried to eat 10k calories a day to even know wtf I'm talking about but you'd have to be constantly eating ALL DAY LONG. It's a fuck ton of food and you can't just do that on a whim even when burning a lot of calories.

    None of the documentaries I've watched that document their entire day have ever showed any of the people eating all day. They eat breakfast, lunch and a dinner and you're not gonna be able to eat 3,300 calories day after day each meal. You wouldn't be climbing all day long bloated like that.

    Here's the World's Strongest Man at 6'8 420lbs doing a day of 12,000 calories. You can't tell me these fuckin 115lbs fucks can do this day after day. He has to eat 7 times a day to do this.
