The best thing will be paying the engineers higher salary like they deserve, paying teachers higher salary instead of those Executives stealing the profit. Then only innovation and automation will be sustainable
They shouldn't allow companies to at first degrade the current drivers completely. At first they should just use the Automotive drivers only to fill the gap. They must allow the current drivers to adjust. Buy their Trucks back and decrease the number of new drivers until the society adjusts. The trucking companies will still save money and there will be less pressure on the current drivers…
