I've watched both Tom and Joe for 12 months and love them both. I think they have lots to offer, but just don't quite sync up in a 1 on 1 environment.
I wonder if these two just don't have a good connection. Clearly both are smart, driven, successful people, but I think their chemistry is just off. If I had to guess, I would say Tom is a lot more "serious" than Joe. Tom doesn't make jokes, he doesn't really smile, and that's okay. He is really passionate about his field and shares tons of valuable knowledge. However, I think his presentation leaves something to be desired for an average viewer. A random tangent, a pointless anecdote, a humorous idea would go a long way to bridging the gap between Tom and anyone he communicates with.
Love what both of these guys do and hope there is a lesson to be learned here.

2 things going on here: this was that 15 months of Rogan being really stressed out, yelling at Eddie bravo not to call Hillary a murderer, not to say things about the flat Earth, and probably in the start of his Alex Jones feud… Also around the time that Mike Baker oddly entered Joe's life, appearing on the pod twice year ever since… Secondly, this guy sucks and he's a snake oil salesmen. I think this was one of the last guests that Rogan booked to fulfill a business deal or a favor.
