Absolutely not. Competent women are praised and promoted. Looked up too. The bitchy ones are assertive due to incompetence. They know they should not have that jobs and do it badly. They project that inadequate attitude on all staff not just the men. Ask the women that work with the bitchy woman. It's not just men that will say she's bitchy. It's a very similar dynamic with competent men.
