I know this is old but this is one of my favorites not cuz I’m a fan of Tom cuz never heard of him before to be honest but it’s legit perfect conversation. Nobody talking over each other or one hogging all the time up

To the extent that I'm racist, it's defensive rather than offensive.
For example, if there's a particular racial group that I have consistently had negative experiences with, I will avoid moving in next door to them.
That being said, I think socio-economics plays the greater role in how good a neighbour/citizen someone is.
