How should we view the book of Genesis? It is the foundation of the Holy Bible. Is it literal or figurative poetry? This is Part 11 of a 20 Part presentation I gave at the Declaring the End from the Beginning Isaiah 46:10 Conference in February of 2019. In this one I address the issue of the Nephilim in Genesis 6, while destroying the Sethite Theory, which NO ONE had until about 160 AD. Prior to that, the unanimous view of the ancient world, was that of the angelic (or beings from above) view.
For those interested in having Genesis (in the KJV and LXX), along with the complete works of 1 Enoch, Jasher and Jubilees all in one volume, you can get it here: https://amzn.to/3adUByD
For those interested in watching this whole series in order, please check out the playlist I created for this series:
It is my desire to continue to put out free content for you (including lectures like this from conferences I’ve done). But YouTube demonetizes many of my videos and appears to have been shadow-banning a lot of my content, resulting in a massive cut in our monthly revenue. I don’t have a Patreon account (primarily because they are censoring just as much as YouTube and other larger platforms), so if you’d like to support what I do so that I can continue doing it, please go here:

No one EVER saw book of Jasher. It is lost and current text is speculation and imagination
Enoch is fair, but Jasher not
The Norse called it Ragnorac. I beleive the mythology even names Adam and Eve.
Endorsing one or two sentences from a questionable source is nothing like endorsing the whole book.
A lot of thirty three's going on there!😉
Thank you so much for posting all of this. I thought this may fit nicely into your research if this is new information:
