American military:

This is a very tough question. Forget about Iraq or Afghanistan, just speaking strictly about the kurds in syria, they have a tough situation and have for a while. I closely followed the war in syria for a long time while it was happening, and I truly hope we gave them enough time to plan what they were going to do when we did leave so they could have some options to decide what to do and we didn't wake up one day and say 'see ya later! Good luck!'

America is incapable of fixing its own ghettos let alone trying to fix other countries.
Every war/battle/row no matter how small or large is about power ( or money). And I believe power can be physically quantified as money.. So, solving the money problem ( or trade problem- like oil) is the way to go..
