when i was a freshman i struggled with thoughts of shooting up my school and tbh it was because i was bullied, depressed, my social group was negative, and i felt like nobody understood me. and with me being 22 now im so glad i never went through with those thoughts but i look at school shooters as just kids that needed love and we all know how hard socially high school can be on people.
Myself and another kid I went to school with called Benjamin who was in my class were bullied to the point of getting black eyes regularly, Ben & I started our own fight club where we would meet behind the toilets and " punch on " with each other but at the same time look out for each other, it was a weird freindship where we weren't mates outside of school nor did our freindship continue after i left that school but it worked. Two kids who could see that two together no matter what was better than standing alone. The moment everyone else knew they were taking on two at once and that to ambush one was to get attacked by two later it stopped.
Bullies are cowards who just don't realise it until it's their turn, you however have already been taking the hits and are tougher than you give yourself credit for.
The bullying you are coping now won't carry on in life to the degree that it does in your school years I can guarantee you that, most adults grow out of that childish behaviour or they end up in prison.
I have also found some of the toughest people in life to have been those who were bullied in their younger years. Believe in yourself. Time also is a great healer.
My advice is find another kid who is in your position and make a proposal.
We shouldn't need to be asking navy seals about military tactics to protect schools. If our environment was better military tactics wouldn't be necessary because people wouldn't want to destroy society to begin with..
If my kids school was to ask me to be an armed guard I'd do it for free. I'm not working anyways (disabled) and I belive our kids future is more important the money. But people are afraid to turn schools into "prison". Well I felt safer at my school before they installed metal detectors and random searches. Sounds kind of like prison right there already. And you wouldn't even need to have a uniformed person standing around with a big ol gun. Someone in plain clothes with a canceled hand gun would be unnoticed by most kids now adays. Don't even have them involved with any aspect of the kids day to day unless it's to report them to the proper school official. Idk just spit balling ideas and rambling.

Copy the only nation whith more firearms per capita in the world.
Every man and woman, upon reaching the age of 18, does 2 years service to retain their citizenships. Everyone else is just a resident. Only citizens vote.
